Of course juice processing is the commonest value addition practice in Uganda. This is done by small holder fruit juice sellers and large scale processors. The main citrus processing firms in the country include Britania Allied Industries, Cheers and Jakana Foods Limited, both located in Kampala city and TEJU based in Soroti.
