Many pork eaters love pork ribs for their delicious taste.
They can also make a perfect meal for family and friends to enjoy.
Michael Mutenza, an executive chef with Eureka Place hotel in Ntinda says, pork ribs are rich in Iron and zinc nutrients the body needs.
Besides, the ribs are easy to prepare by grilling.
You need garlic, soy sauce, honey, cloves, herbs (you can use oregano or mint), ginger, cinnamon, honey, black pepper, salt, tariyaki sauce, onions and tomato sauce.
“Season the ribs and place them in the oven for 25 minutes. Turn them for another 25 minutes. After, garnish with vegetables and serve,” he says.
